沿線の家住宅

沿線の家 中央線に沿った細い道路に面する木造住宅です。線路に面する北側壁面は開口部を少なくし電車の騒音を和らげ、逆に南側は広いデッキを介して太陽光を採り入れています。小さな異形の土地に建てられた延床面積１５坪の住宅には、住みやすさのための様々な工夫がされています。
House along the railway line This is a wooden house facing a narrow road along the Chuo Line. The north wall facing the railroad tracks has a small opening to reduce the noise of the train, while the south side has a large deck to let in sunlight. The house, with a total floor area of 15 tsubo, is built on a small irregularly shaped lot, and has been designed in a variety of ways to make it comfortable to live in.

沿線の家 線路側外観 線路からの騒音を防ぐため、道路に面した入り口以外はハイサイドライトの嵌め殺しの開口部のみが、線路側に面している。外壁は、ｶﾞﾙﾊﾞﾘｳﾑ鋼板小波貼りとされた。

沿線の家 高架との位置関係 西側正面は二階部分のみ奥まった位置に開口がある。この掃出し窓は一間半の建物の幅一杯に取られているが、右奥に見える白い三角の袖壁が水平に掛かる力を受けることで、構造的に成り立っている。
Location of the houses along the line The west exterior has an opening on the second floor only. This sweeping window is installed to the full width of a 9 feet. The structure is received by the white triangular sleeve wall seen in the back right corner. |

沿線の家 道路角からの外観 外壁を包む小波板は角も別の部材を入れることなく連続して貼られている。

沿線の家 北側正面 二階建てだが、線路に面しているので高さ制限が緩くなり、背の高い建築とされた。

沿線の家 外観 金属の冷たい壁にある開口部から漏れる光が、対照的な内部空間の温かみを見せている。

沿線の家 内部 一階は土間空間となっている。玄関脇から鉄骨螺旋階段が二階に伸びている。

沿線の家 内部 外部とは対照的に、内壁は飫肥杉現しとされ、構造用合板がむき出しに貼られている。左側は引戸だが、これも構造用合板にて作られた。大きな吹抜けが１階と２階をつなぐ。

沿線の家 内部 土間横の木製引戸を取って水回り空間と収納を見る。床は土間。壁は、構造用合板の壁とｶﾞﾙﾊﾞﾘｳﾑ鋼板の貼られた水回りの壁の二種類の壁で作られている。天井の白い部分上部は二階デッキとなっている。

沿線の家 内部 小さな面積の中に居住空間を作るため、玄関と階段室とダイニングが同じ床を共用している。

二階は一間半の幅の細長い空間で、リビングに使われている。南側の屋上デッキに広く開口している。 二階の天井を高く取り、小さな部屋でも狭さを感じない工夫としている。

２階上部より水平方向に見る。 細長いハイサイドライトからの光が、構造用合板を貼られた内壁にすっきりとした表情を与えている。

沿線の家 内部 建蔽率・容積率は法規一杯に作られたが、容積率の小さな地域なので、一階の屋上をデッキとして活用した。手すりを兼ねた縦格子の背を高くして、周囲に密集する住宅との間の視線の交錯を和らげている。

沿線の家 夕景 屋上デッキより内部を見る。南側のハイサイド窓の一部は開けることが出来るので、内部に上下の換気をすることができる。

２階床 二階の床は、細かく外すことが出来る。その下を収納として使っている（構造的には収納の下の床が構造床である）。床下に様々なものを収納することにより、床の上にタンスなど置く必要が無いので、一間半の幅を有効に使うことが出来、リビングの広さを確保している。
Second floor The floor upstairs can be removed in small pieces. The floor underneath it is used as storage (structurally, the floor underneath the storage is the structural floor). By storing various items underneath the floor, there is no need to put a chest of drawers, etc. on the floor, so the width of 9 feet to make the best use of the living room space. |
