練馬の小さな家住宅

練馬の小さな家 旗竿型の狭小地に建つ二世帯住宅です。 周囲を家々に囲まれていますが、その隙間から景色を見たり、吹抜けを介して光を入れたりなど、いくつかの工夫を重ねて過ごしやすい内部空間を作っています。
Small House in Nerima This is a two-family house built on a narrow flagpole-shaped lot. The house is surrounded by houses, but several ingenious measures were taken to create a comfortable interior space, such as looking at the scenery through the gaps and letting in light through the atrium.

アプローチ 袋小路の道路から旗竿状のアプローチを通って玄関に至ります。

土間 ガラスの引戸を開けると、長い土間があり、突き当りに螺旋階段と飾り棚があります。

１階個室 一階個室には、収納、カウンター机、本棚などが作りつけられました。

螺旋階段 階段を２階に上って行きます。目立たぬところに設置されたスリット状の窓から心地よい風が通ります。

階段吹抜け 階段吹抜けは、２階からの光を１階に届ける役目も果たしています。

リビング 面積は大きくありませんが、LDKの空間は天井も高く、床は柔らかく温かい杉板が貼られています。
Living room The LDK is not large in area, but the ceiling is high and the floor is covered with soft and warm cedar wood. |

リビング 現しの柱を利用して奥行きを取った収納棚が室内の一面にあります。

南側外観 バルコニーは敷地形状に合わせて三角に作られました。ハイサイド窓より、南の光が奥まで届き、階段吹抜けを介して、１階にも注ぎます。
South exterior The balcony was built in a triangle to match the shape of the site. The high side windows allow southern light to reach the back of the house and pour into the first floor via the stairwell. |
