ＣＨ１５ ＣＨ１５（コートハウス１５）は、東京近郊の住宅地に建つ中庭のある住宅（コートハウス）です。 建て主は、ネットで私どもの作品を見て問い合わせて下さいました。お住まいが遠いところを、事務所まで何度も来て頂き、打合せました。また、現場定例会議の際も何度か来ていただき、建物の細部を相談していきました。
ご夫婦とも車で仕事場に通われておりますが、車で帰宅後居間に向かう前に服を着替えられるよう、水回りの位置を工夫しました。
ＣＨ１５には、広い庭とつながる１，２階の中庭デッキを設置しました。
CH15 (Courthouse 15) is a house with a courtyard in a residential area near Tokyo. The owner inquired about us after seeing our work on the Internet. He lives in the western part of Saitama, which is far away, but he came to our office many times for meetings. We also had them come to our office several times for regular on-site meetings to discuss the details of the building. Both husband and wife commute to work by car, and we designed the location of the water closet so that they could change their clothes before heading to the living room after driving home. In CH15, we installed courtyard decks on the first and second floors that connect to a large garden.

ＣＨ１５ 正面から玄関部分を見ています。グレーに塗装されたモルタル塗りの外壁、段々になった屋根、両袖ガラスの木製の玄関扉などが見えます。

ＣＨ１５ 玄関土間 木製の気密性の高い玄関扉を入ると、すっきりした階段の架けられた玄関土間の空間があります。

玄関近くの浴室 洗面所・浴室は、玄関の近くに設けられ、家に帰ってすぐに着替えが出来るようにしました。外の汚れを居間や個室に持ち込まないための工夫です。 洗面台の高さの窓からの光が手元を効率的に明るくしています。
The bathroom near the entrance. The washroom and bathroom are located near the entrance so that one can change clothes as soon as they get home. This is a device to prevent the outside dirt from being brought into the living room and private room. The light from the window at the height of the washbasin efficiently brightens your hand. |

ＣＨ１５ リビングよりデッキ越しに庭を見る。 リビングの外には、７．５畳の広さのデッキを敷き詰められた中庭があり、リビングや和室の掃出し窓が面しています。

ＣＨ１５ リビングと吹抜け リビングは吹抜けで２階ホールとつながっています。２階上部ハイサイド窓よりの南からの光が、吹抜けを介して１階にも届きます。

ＣＨ１５ ２階ホールと吹抜け 廊下を歩くと、左がわの低い位置の横長の窓から、庭の緑を見ることができます（低い窓は、廊下に立った際に庭の緑が目に入る高さに設置されています）。
